By accessing or using ClearScan ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service — Educational Use Only

IMPORTANT: ClearScan is an educational tool only.

The reports, analyses, and information provided by ClearScan are strictly for educational and informational purposes. They are NOT intended to constitute or replace:

• Professional medical advice
• Medical diagnosis
• Medical treatment recommendations
• The opinion of a licensed physician or radiologist

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical decision. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice based on information from ClearScan.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ClearScan. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are submitting a scan on behalf of another person, you confirm you have their consent to do so.

4. Payments

ClearScan operates on a pay-per-scan basis. Prices are displayed in INR and USD. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your report, we will provide a free re-analysis at no additional charge. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase by contacting support@clearscan.ai.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use ClearScan for any purpose other than personal educational use
• Submit scan files belonging to individuals who have not consented
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the Service
• Republish or resell ClearScan reports without written permission
• Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearScan and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. ClearScan reports are educational only — you assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on them.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, AI models, and systems within ClearScan are the intellectual property of ClearScan. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent. Your submitted scan files remain your property and are deleted after analysis.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
